Hello, there!
I’m Sunil. If I had to describe myself in three words they definitely would be—entrepreneur, reader, and innovation-enthusiast! Okay, maybe that’s more than three words!
Welcome to my blog, but before we start, it would be great if we got to know each other! So here is a little something about me.
I completed my undergraduate studies with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College, in Bangalore. Next, I changed track, because the mind-blowing concepts of behavioural sciences intrigued me. So, I got my Diploma in Psychology from Pune University.
Aside from engaging myself in curricular obligations, I’ve enjoyed my me-time with my hobbies all along the way! Books have been an all-time favourite, and I unwind with gardening and cooking after a busy day, too.
I worked as a Sales Executive at Mumbai Gold for a couple of years. In 2013, I joined a Real Estate Company as the Managing Director, and then I worked with Sonu Builders & Developers as the Managing Director of Sales, from 2014 to 2020. I’ve learnt a lot from my experiences, but I always wanted more out of life.
Around this time, I started toying with the idea of starting up something on my own. I have always been all for trying out new ideas, so I decided to give entrepreneurship a shot- and there has been no looking back ever since! Between 2014 and 2017, I founded www.lemonese.com, which provided food ordering and delivery services, and www.idreamz.com, which was a Social Media Company. Since I have quite a lot of experience with the nitty-gritties of Real Estate, I am currently the CEO of an online Real Estate portal, www.gruhasti.com, which I founded in 2019.
Of course, there are many sides to me apart from my profession. For example, I’m a technology freak! I also happen to be a nature lover. My blog is an expression of everything I am, or I aspire to be. It mirrors the way I experience this world, and what I learn from it every day. Do take a look!
